Airless Spray Plastering Services
The Airless spray plaster system is fast becoming the application of chose within the plastering world. It is being requested in favour more than traditional plastering by most of our main contractors, The system reduces labour on-site by 75% as one operative can spray up to 500 square meters a day. The material comes pre-mixed so there is no need for water and there is no need for mixing, cutting down dust on site.
There is a minimum waste as all plaster removed from the walls during the process is put back through the machine with only 1% waste. As the walls are power sanded it leaves a consistent finish. There is no visible scarring with patching. Unlike traditional plastering, you can stop and start at any time. The product is white in colour so it gives the feeling of areas being finished and can achieve a level 5 finish. Its time process compared to traditional skimming is triple the speed, The Product can be applied to a variety of backgrounds including plasterboard previously plastered surfaces, Artex and precast concrete.
